About the BASEES web site

The BASEES site provides information about the activities of the organisation and links to related professional organisations. BASEES publishes a newsletter three times per year, in January, May and November. This newsletter is available to members only, and the online version can be accessed only with a password; the same password allows access to the online members' directory. If you have forgotten the password, please check the latest issue of the newsletter. 

BASEES does not offer access to a mailing list of its members. However, publishers and academic-related companies may wish to use the mailing of the newsletter to include adverts. This can be done by contacting the newsletter editor, Garth Terry. For advertising on this website you should contact the web manager, Birgit Beumers. 

If you would like to list information about upcoming events, such as conferences and symposia, on the website, please send the information in the appropriate format (see "Listings") to the web manager.

For information about the conference please consult the site in the first instance. Any queries related to the management of the conference should be addressed to Tricia Ellis-Evans. Unfortunately BASEES cannot handle online conference bookings or offer online payment, as the organisation is a charity and has no secure server facilities.
